scaffolding issue

Had a great time at Residenza Della Signoria! The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll to everything. Room 6 was quiet and cozy, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep despite the city buzz. Scaffolding was a minor issue but didn’t ruin my stay.

The breakfast agreement with the bakery nearby was a real treat, offering fresh pastries and great cappuccinos every morning.

The ground floor of the building had an unsettling odor that made coming and going quite unpleasant.

excellent location

out of order lift

The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to key attractions like Orsanmichele, making it easily accessible for sightseeing.

The lift was out of order during my stay, which made moving luggage a bit challenging, especially on the higher floors.

The Junior Suite was super clean and had comfy beds. We loved the classic Florentine style. Windows were totally soundproof, letting us peek at the lively streets below without the noise. Just a perfect cozy vibe, and Matteo went above and beyond to help us out. He even stored our bags after checkout, which was a lifesaver!

Great stay in a charming Double or Twin Room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the coffee machine and the extra long bed was super comfy. The bathroom had a shower and free toiletries. A nice view from the room. Elevators made getting around easy. Definitely a relaxing spot!

Recommend it for families

Big rooms, high ceilings, great space for the kids to run around. Staff was super friendly, especially when they helped us with some local tips.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but still acceptable for the experience we had.
